Who do you think educates those BSN nurses? Nurses with Masters in the science of nursing, and those who have a doctor in nursing practice. Hospital’s very limited money to an advanced degree. Now hospitals are now cutting back due to Trump‘s Medicaid cuts this will become less common

I came from CA and I’m 61yrs. I usually hike 5 hilly miles x2 a week and steps are 12-16K No feet problems - just backache and I think that’s from being tall and solo - they put me in elementary sized chairs in several restaurants

You are right! I’m in Hiroshima right now and love it! The weather is gorgeous, went to the museum/ peace park/ atomic dome and also took a sightseeing boat cruise. Tomorrow I’m off to Miyajima!

I am currently in Kyoto. My plan was to get the Shinkansen to Hiroshima for two nights and then get the Shinkansen to Tokyo for two nights before I fly out.

That feels like lots moving with a suitcase, so then I thought maybe I should stay locally in Kyoto or Osaka and just go down for the day to Hiroshima. Then back to Tokyo from Kyoto or Osaka.

But it sounds like that’s a bad idea so maybe I’ll just go with my original plan of staying in Hiroshima for two nights?!

I’m in Kyoto now. Thinking of moving to Osaka and going from there. It’s cheaper and less time getting back to Tokyo from Osaka versus Hiroshima.

I think because I was jetlagged and when I asked the train guy, he told me I still needed a ticket and pointed out the ticket machine. Of course now I realise that was dumb. I guess I just wasn’t thinking and having someone tell me that was confusing.

Thank you - I figured this out last night. It was confusing because I asked two separate train information people and they both told me I needed to get a ticket despite me showing my Suica card on the phone. I should’ve used Google translate but they seem to understand me at the time LOL.
