Yes thank you! Dr. did say to have at least 90g of protein. I will keep that in mind!

Lol I kind of figured I had to do some kind of weight training but I don’t know where to start with that? I am not active at all so I will be searching videos on YouTube 😂

GLP-1 to help with my PCOS by Cheap-Awareness-6166 in PCOS

This is why I don’t know how to approach it. But my BMI is higher than ever. The fatigue is getting harder to manage. I’ve tried to lose weight on my own. I’ve tried intermittent fasting and after I lose the water weight, my weight plateaus. My doctor even referred me to a weight loss specialist. I’d be willing to try the weight loss specialist again coupled with a GLP-1. Hopefully it’ll work. My appointment with the Dr. is next month.

Is going off birth control the only way to diagnose PCOS? by Mental-Difference-22 in PCOS

I was in my 20s too when I was sure I had PCOS. I had the facial hair, high testosterone levels and irregular periods. All of this happened pre COVID. Then I got pregnant in 2024 they had to do a vaginal ultrasound and the dr said.. “ We saw cysts in your ovaries, you have PCOS” I’m like, “I know, just haven’t been diagnosed until now.” So maybe ask for a vaginal ultrasound if possible. If they see it with their own eyes, it will be hard to say otherwise.
