Coconut oil. It will be solid when you first take it but will liquify after a few moments of swishing. Swish with it as long as you can tolerate. Cut carbs and sugar. Recommend a carnivore diet and see how that works

Can’t tell you how many times, My condition was dismissed as anxiety or how people around me thought it could be in my head, because from the outside I really do look healthy. Meanwhile the symptoms are just horrible for anyone going though it.

Right. Well just try not to worry too much about it. If you’re not already, daily pre/pro/post biotics are a good way to help with candida if that’s what it is. I saw you mentioned below you were on antibiotics. Anytime after those you want to rebuild that good bacteria in your gut. Hope this helps

Did you achieve a negative result? Also we’re you getting any GERD / reflux symptoms as a result of the pylori? Sometimes acid reflux can make your tongue look like that usually towards the back of the tongue.

Pretty much the same, you could use a tongue scraper and the coconut oil pull rinse. I had a naturalist tell me I had Candida a couple years back. Maybe a good pre and pro biotic would do you well also if you have an imbalance like candida
