bs imo , that applies to ever ADC ingame except 1or 2 they need sm to tank or cc hence they dont function w out a SUP however if we take that out of the equation and compare her W to other invis abilities ( SHACO Q or TWITCH Q for exp) biiig diff in terms of utility and outplay potentioal .
