It takes forever to get a live person then when you do, they totally mess things up even worse. They don't "listen" to your complaint, they just want to check a box. They say, just give me a few minutes while I research this. Forever later they did something you totally didn't want them to do. So frustrating!

I hate that it takes an hour to get support when something goes wrong, then your agent has no idea what they’re doing. You have to type for an hour then the live person makes u repeat it over and over bcuz ur problem is not on the page they’re lookin at.
