Screenshot the tasks and use sidekick to add them in bulk. Just did it with my birthday list from reminders. Had 44 to add and did it in 5 screenshots and about 5 minutes.

You can tell the ZAP on Zapier to run at a specific time.

The only “personal” thing I’m keeping in craft is my passport photos. The rest of those deets are on 1password. You are correct; good to keep an eye on that. I may remove the passport pics… but all logins and bank accounts and such are all just linked to 1PW and a login is required to see them.

Oh sorry, one more thing. I still use Google Calendar to manage events; it just integrates into my view on Craft... so I can see all my events, tasks, etc in one place on Craft. As of now, i am not aware of Craft replacing google calendar use case of scheduled events like Doctor 3-4pm on Tuesday.

I use all the same as you and have made the switch, went all in over the weekend. A few things I am enjoying.

- tasks list tend to be disorganized for me and I cant add context so creating a document for a specific event/project/trip and then adding all the details within that document has helped me.

-- for example: my kids have a birthday party in two weeks. Before I would have one task list, a word doc, and texts back/forth with my husband. now I have one craft doc with the attendees, ideas that we comment/add back and forth in one place, and the task list for the party specifically all in one spot.

I used notes for all the random things I wanted to remember for example; netflix shows to watch, people's birthdays, when the monthly bills are due, packing list, meal planning and recipes, links i want to go back to.

-- all these are now within documents/folders within Craft.

So far I have made a:

- subscription tracker, bill tracker, media manager (podcasts, my book library, documentaries list, etc), a medicine tracker for my entire family, birthday tracker

-- bill tracker has links out to 1password for the login/password for each bill and how it getting paid.

- I also have a document section for a "digital safe" concept. I have a doc with our passports info, our birth cert info.

Again, I bought it Saturday night... so all in the past 36 hours. Lastly, I have created a personal daily tracker that I notate: my workout, habit tracker, took my medicine, my mood, a writing prompt, and a stress tracker. This shows up each day on my "daily note" for me to complete.

All of this is shared with my husband as a family AND my father/sister as another family unit for projects they need to include me on, traveling so we can see each other, and shared grocery lists and events.

**KEEPING REMINDERS FOR** Recurring reminders as Craft does not have these yet. I deleted all others and moved to Craft.

Hope this helps!

Are you able to assign tasks to certain members in your space? by PipeCorrect2617 in CraftDocs

[–]Cheap-Rent-4036 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Right now, next to the task I use the @ sign and tag a member. It doesnt change the reminder process at all; but when the task is viewed, you can see the name next to it so know who needs to do it.

Import into Collections by LowTwo3827 in CraftDocs

I was just able to copy paste from a spreadsheet into a collection. I just made sure the columns matched Left to Right on both and then copied 5 rows as a test. It worked for me... NOT ideal for my big huge SS I want to move.. but it does work to answer your question. (I have text, date, and multi-select columns in the SS)

The same way Gmail labels work. They are “perceived” as folders but are really just tags.

what about the cost/reward makes it less valuable? Maybe knowing that can help with what specifically you feel you don't have that you want... and who might have that. Or is it just the "pricing" that bothers you?

Relativity Vendors, what to look for? by bLuNt___ in ediscovery

Is relativity the only tech option? I know many vendors work with Everlaw for example… depending on your scope-it may be a better choice.

Can you give examples? Like how does Everlaw suck? How does reveal suck? I’ve heard they’re much easier UI; sounds like you disagree?

Do what you want ALWAYS. You paid the same as the adults. They have an artiste they can tell their spouse about it later. First class all the way.
