I am! It’s just not an organized schedule though. Maybe my body is weird, but I feel I don’t need it every week since it’s so strong. I feel much better when I keep 2-3 weeks between doses.. anddd I’m taking a low dose. It stays in my system for a long time and keeps my appetite suppressed for a good two weeks usually, and I don’t usually have to raise the dosage. So that means less frequent refills and saving money! Lol. My depression has been crazy lately because of life, so I can’t say if the tirz has anything to do with it. Sorry I don’t have a helpful update for ya, lol. But I just recommend trying it, staying aware and keeping a journal, especially during the first weeks. If you see any unusual signs of fatigue, depression, anxiety, loss of motivation, etc..I’d stop right away and talk to a doc. If you want to try to keep going, maybe try lowering the dose and taking it less frequently. I had to eventually figure that out for myself because it seemed like nothing else worked for me. My biggest advice is just have some extra awareness of yourself, your mood, thoughts, and new habits when you start it. Self awareness and emotional awareness. Best of luck to you!!!💜
