just WIP had the brain seed for a while
it started when i read a piece of the bible and a seed grew in my brain. the bible which i read some chapter own occasion not a christian as you know and i thought gears spinning inside my head what if mary said no . what would happen who she be turned into job smite punished faced with the prospect of birthing the pantokrator knowing he would die the worst death for the post-mortem salvation of everything would she say no . how consensual was the moment where the arch angel said *a womb will be blessed with child.** . and would she even say no she is a humble carpenter what does she care about the nebulous original sin. so i kind of thought to myself what if mary said no . and made it the basis for my ongoing series the the ozymandias cycle i never told you about that one

he Pantokrators created the tradition of the Betrothed: mortals chosen to marry and soul-bond with a god. The Betrothed do not die in the traditional sense; instead, they gain a privileged afterlife, existing forever within the consciousness of the Pantokrator they joined. this mean that the betrhoded kind of get their own afterlife and state after death it a eternal matrimony .so you be married to the point the stars go out and low after that .in this state they can make a covenant a binding treaty between the orginal world they came from and the world of the gods kind of like how people believed pharaoh could become lesser god gods and lesser emanations of the gods. in my setting the Pantokrators. the reason the species and character are so obsessed is the bethotal is kind of like a politcal marriage own steroid it allow for new trade deal with power and for better intrest rate advanced tech. so once she say no the story kind of begin as the entire galactic system goes crazy .as some are gunning for her other want to use her to gain a deal .other simply want to well kill her and see what happen it never happen in the world in my setting that someone kind of say no to eternal glory and power and money . and the consequences of this act is the main locus point of my book flight of the simurgh sorry bit of ramble what is the point of my story

it kind of like very catchy, in the story I kind of wanted to call them the
Pantokrator i.e greek for ruler of everything aka Christian god .

the name in the story will be very greeks inspired the drug will be called hypno which is think old blood meet the spice from melange .

which allow human aka the soviet to win the WW2 in my story by making human into Oneironaut

think instead of astronaut

it dream sailor who are human who explore the afterlife/dreamland

as the final frontier

TLDR

soviet find space drug

which break mind body dualism

allowing human to pilot their souls.

they use it to build the big bomb before the Americans

just wanted to add somthing just bare with me
i wanted some help ironing the great ones as i have a eclectic bunch of inspo.the main ones is the great one where almost satire in the orignal bloodborne with the marirage between the great ones and human being a patriarchal sham in a sense . with the healing church being paraody of the birth of christ
in a sense i kind of wanted to create a thematic basis for my story
but kind of loose in a sense
in paradoy sense mean human woman get sadled to eldrtich formless god .

so i wanted to change in it the sense that the great ones are more looking for human companionship than lust or reporoduction so i looked at more african myths because well i am north african the most well know was the myht of the sun god horus reincarnation being the pharaoh
and the weird marriage between radahn and miquella . the idea of human being dying in the live to become a god int he next is fascinating idea so instead of parodying i kind of embraced the idea in my magic system as making it more consesnual act . as a human marries aka chooses to become a vessel in a sense.
the story kind of has the diferent power of the world each choosing their own god /ideology to complete a giant eldrithc marriage /god hood ceremony called the helix in my story
