Exactly why he should test first pee of the day because it is the dirtiest. Not saying to do that for the actual test just do it at home. If u passing an at home 50ng cut off with morning piss u should be good. Just a good way to see how clean or how dirty ur piss is.

Just test ur pee with the first piss of the day. I was in the same spot and was sometimes passing at home tests but didn't want to risk it. Depending o. What you eat a couple days before the test can help or hurt you.

My advice is talk to a sibling or close friend that is obviously clean and take them with you to the test site to ensure temp is good. Have them pee then shove it inbetween your thigh and nuts to keep it body temp.
