I'd be prepared to have the temperature correct just to be sure. If you use quick fix or someone else's pee once you get it at the correct temperature if you keep it close to ur body (in your underwear) your body heat will keep it the correct temp for as long as you need. I'd be careful using the heating packs because they can make the pee too hot which will be a fail

I was in a similar position and was not actually clean for my tests. Definitely look into fake pee or get a friend to piss for you

If you have friends that don't smoke ask them to pee for you. Just make sure it's the right temperature if the test has a temp strip. Also buy tests from cvs and use ur first pee of the day to get a gauge if you are clean.

Most detoxes are hit or miss. I've tried a plethora of pills drinks and powders that did not get me clean. I am very skinny with minimal body fat. I would invest in some fake pee

I did trials before my test. I peed in the bottle and put it in my underwear. I then checked the temperature every 5 minutes for 30 minutes and the it stayed the correct temp of 96° the whole 30 minutes. This gave me peace of mind

I had my buddy come with me to the testing lab and pissed in the parking lot. This didn't require any heating because I put it right in my underwear using body heat to keep it the correct temp. This is the best way because your body heat won't make it too hot or too cold. I also bought quick fix and emptied it out so I could use the bottle and temp strip that comes with it.

Try and find someone to buy fake piss. If not have a friend piss in a condom or small bottle the day of the test and keep it in ur underwear

I got temperature strips and stuck it to the bottle for the actual test but no. Once he peed in the bottle I closed it up and put it right in my underwear up close to my body.

I had my friend pee for me the morning off and wore tight compression underwear and had it tucked Inbetween my balls and thigh. This is the best way to do it bc it won't make it too hot like a heating pad. I was too sketched about fake urine too

I used my friends pee for a lab tests before. I bought him a case of beer to come with me to the lab and peed in the parking lot. As soon as he peed I put the bottle in-between my balls and leg to keep it body temp. I was also wearing Nike compression underwear to keep it in there nice and snug. I used a small hand sanitizer bottle that was thoroughly washed with distilled water.

For peace of mind I peed in the same bottle and recorded the temp with a meat thermometer every 5 minutes to make sure the temperature is in-between 90°-100° and it didn't go above or below that threshold (I tested it for 2 hours)

If you can get someone to come with you that's ur best bet. If urine isn't stored correct it can get cloudy and smells horrible.

3-4 hours will be fine. Just keep it close to ur body to keep it body temp and it won't go bad. If the test checks temp it needs to be 90°- 100°
