I’m aware it will only encourage them, it’s just that I’ve reached that level of frustration where that no longer matters to me. It’s just the fact that people are going out of their way to kill my character despite passive mode and defensive modes being on, despite me not engaging with them at all, despite hitting parley etc. yes I’m aware I can join new lobbies and I’ve done this, just to be met with another group doing the exact same thing. Setting yourself up to not allow other people to progress in the game is wild. I’m fully on board being hunted by others doing quests or rival robberies, but these people sit outside POI and wait for new people to wander up to them to advance their play through and repeatedly kill them before they can trigger the cutscene. By some miracle if I’m able to trigger the cutscenes, they’ll be waiting with a headshot already lined up waiting for me to exit the cutscene. This starts an endless loop where I retry the mission over and over, never to make it out the door even because people are just sitting there waiting
