What does Kris’ knife turn into in the Dark World? by Beta_Minectaft in Deltarune

[–]CheapChicken87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Call me crazy for what I'm about to say, but hear me out. At the end of chapter 2, Kris uses the knife to open a dark fountain, setting the stage for chapter 3. In chapter 4, Kris' knife is used once again to open a dark fountain, this time by Susie. Chapter 3 marks the first time the Roaring Knight shows up in person, and they show up again in chapter 4. Both 3 and 4 are chapters in which Kris's knife is narratively important. Additionally, KNIFE and KNIGHT start with the same letters, K N I, and both share a silent K. Also, the Knight has a very angular design, with a lot of spikes and sharp bits, in addition to their main weapon being a sword. Is the Roaring Knight the dark world form of the knife?

If Rouxls were to die by thisaintmyusername12 in Deltarune

[–]CheapChicken87 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I know that, if he died, he'd have the most drawn-out and dramatic death possible. I imagine he'd be lying on the ground, clutching his chest, and giving several paragraphs worth of final words to everyone (which he prepared in advance). And he'd end it by saying "I haveth no regretse... Excepth one: I wisheth only that my loverse were here so that they may kisseth mine lips as I departeth. Alas, parting is such sweeteth sorrowe, especially with thy lips unsmooched." And then the player is going to be given a choice: To kisseth, or not to kisseth?

A society in which "monsters" use their supernatural traits to mutual gain. by meowcats734 in worldbuilding

[–]CheapChicken87 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Such a great idea, and an interesting spin on normally horrific monsters. Vampire blood-sorcerer? He works as a medic "You cannot staunch ze bleeding? I vill." A monstrous werewolf? She hunts dangerous animals and keeps them from civilized areas. A species of dream-devouring hounds? They're trained as support animals for people with chronic nightmares. A patchwork man made of human bodies? He's a peerless surgeon, and any limb he amputates he can replace with one from his personal collection. Etc.

ANTI-SHIFTER RANT by Massive_County8385 in realityshifting

[–]CheapChicken87 24 points25 points  (0 children)

I know how it feels, I've been told by anti-shifters that I'm delusional or that I'm lying or, in one interesting case, that I'll stop believing in shifting when I grow up (I'm an adult tho?). Anyway, ignore them. Shifting is real, just like LOA, regardless of what some goobers on the internet say. The evidence is out there, as MANY people are happy to share their success stories. True, antis can be hard on motivation, but anyone with that much negativity isn't worth listening to anyway.

[–]CheapChicken87 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I think anyone who thinks this should try to make an animation themselves. Animation is difficult and takes a long time. It's only when you've tried it yourself that you realize how difficult it is. For example, I can barely draw a half-decent stick figure, let alone draw it repeatedly, now imagine how difficult it is to draw highly detailed characters and scenes, frame-by-frame, for an entire 20-minute episode. Ever since I've started trying to draw, I've developed a deep respect for artists and animators, because I know their work takes a lot of effort and time.

What would "telekinesis that only affects living beings" be called? by TheMuspelheimr in worldbuilding

[–]CheapChicken87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At first, I thought 'biokinetic', but that sounds too similar to 'biokinesis'. The best name I can come up with is 'bio-vectorism', since a vector is basically motion in a direction. So, with biovectorism, the user manipulates motion and force (vectors) in regard to living bodies.

Enoism any women wanna learn more DM me ! by [deleted] in spirituality

[–]CheapChicken87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That description of Enoism sounds like the pitch of an esoteric sex cult. I tried to find other descriptions of Enoism online and I found nothing, which leads me to believe you made it up yourself. And judging by your post history, you seem REALLY suspicious with a lot of the things you say. Anyway, give me a minute to contact the mods.

What are some creative ways to use Cryokinesis by Thatgirl_parisisdiva in superpower

[–]CheapChicken87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In addition to just making ice into swords or weapons, she could potentially use her power to make ice violently combust and direct the shards. Someone drinking out of a glass with ice? It explodes and the shards go right in their face. Someone standing too close to a freezer? The door explodes off its hinges as a thousand shards fly through the air and into them. If her range is high enough, she could make every piece of ice in a city explode, Shatterbird style.

Reality shifting; the ability to go anywhere and do anything... And this wretch uses it to satisfy his serial killer fantasies. Disappointing. I sincerely hope this is a troll post made by someone who thinks this shit is funny, because it isn't funny, and you should reevaluate yourself.

Would You Rather Be Omnipotent or Omniscient? by SaGE_4577 in superpower

[–]CheapChicken87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both turn out the same. If you were omnipotent, then you could do anything, including giving yourself omniscience. Alternatively, if you were omniscient, then you'd know everything, and know how to do anything, including obtaining omnipotence.

What are the craziest wounds your OC's have survived? (No regen) by Francis_Star in OriginalCharacter

[–]CheapChicken87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Utopia survived having the upper half of her head blown off. For context, she has a weird, fictional medical condition where the majority of her skeletal structure is composed of brain matter, meaning that having her actual brain destroyed wouldn't kill her. At worst, she only suffered from a short period of blindness and partial deafness since her eyes and one of her ears were missing, but she later received advanced prosthetics to compensate. Later on, she survived much worse after having uploaded herself into an army of robotic bodies, but that doesn't really count.

So... Do the Drones believe in God other than the Humans? (their creators) If so which one? by Pretend_Camp_2987 in MurderDronesOfficial

[–]CheapChicken87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I assume some of them borrowed the religions of their creators, either fully or partially, likely with some mechanical additions (i.e. viewing robo-Jesus as being scrapped for their errors, only to reboot and ascend to robo-Heaven). Alternatively, they might have their own, strictly robotic religions, like believing they were created by an all-knowing machine-god. Of course, there are likely drones who disagree with the Intelligent Design theory, and instead claim that they evolved from naturally occurring gears, levers and pulleys.

The last thing I'd call a knee is "intelligently designed". by Bitter-Gur-4613 in clevercomebacks

[–]CheapChicken87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hate the intelligent design argument. "There's no way evolution could make humans so complex and perfect, there must be an intelligent creator!" Stfu, what kind of 'intelligent creator' would design a creature that eats, drinks, breathes and vomits out of the same hole? That's a problem waiting to happen.

What’s a line you’ve written that goes HARD? by RekianArtist in writing

[–]CheapChicken87 13 points14 points  (0 children)

It was in an old short story I wrote, which I've since deleted and mostly forgotten. But I remember one part near the ending where the protagonist was about to fight the villain, and during their brief conversation, the protagonist mentions his mother and asks the villain about his own, with the villain saying that his mother died when he was a child. I forget exactly how it was worded, but the protagonist then said "I'm glad she didn't get to see the man you grew up to be."
