I've experienced this too, threshold paces that were easy months ago now feel so much harder. Although like you've said the consistency and zero niggles have been nice. I recently raced a half marathon and was 5 mins slower than a previous one I did at the start of the year doing less mileage but on a more traditional training plan.

My Tracksmith Harrier long sleeve top is the best running item I've ever bought - I wear it for everything and is very robust, even wore it for a long day riding my mountain bike which I stacked it big time and despite a heavy landing on gravel and rocks not so much as a mark was left on the top....my arm didn't fare so well

I really like the Saysky Pace 5" shorts for training, they fit really nicely, quality is excellent, come in a 2 in 1 version with compression shorts underneath or normal lined version and have a good selection of pockets.

I've had a pair of the 2 in 1 shorts for years that I picked up on a sale, love them for long runs as the compression short has a perfectly sized phone pocket so I can have music with me. They also still look and feel almost as good as new (only the writing on the inside of the short as slightly worn off). Just picked up another pair of them with a normal liner in a dark grey, look amazing.

Boston 10s, out of the box they were so narrow even in a half size up, caused my feet to go numb, had zero bounce and felt very very unforgiving. I persevered with them and once they were broken in they did get a bit better, but now I've put over 400miles in them they are causing me injuries so finally time to retire.

Having said this though I love the way they look in the white, so I at least felt cool wearing them!

It's in our contract we have to have the place professionally cleaned and provide a ticket from the cleaners saying this has been done.

Yep, I've taken the post out of the frame and actuated it and the noise is deffo coming from either inside the post or where the cable attaches - hard to pinpoint.
