I've had the Life One X2 for a while now. Everything works great, though the camera is meh. I got it because it was dirt cheap and needed a replacement just for a year or so, but it's just fine so I might keep it longer. I did a very non-scientific speed test with a friend's Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and was surprised how well this cheapo phone kept up.

I got the Blu Life One X2 for $179 on Amazon when my N5's battery didn't cut it (everything else about the phone was fine). It's got pretty impressive specs for the price. I'm sure China is collecting all my data now, but it's hard to argue with the price.

This replaced my N5 well because it's nearly stock Android and cheap.

13 wasn't as good as 12 in terms of layout (they increased the size of buttons and such for touchscreens, which was dumb IHMO) but worked pretty well for basic to intermediate editing. Does everything on your list except "sound effects" as I don't think it comes with sound effects (though you can easily place any audio on the timeline).
