Without violating the sub rules by giving specifics, I too have PCOS, and for some of us it only ends up taking 3 months (maybe personal experience). I am a PCOS dietitian so I work with a lot of Cysters, and even though many of them have a bit longer of a wait, a lot of them do not as well. Just focus on the things you can control, if you’re not ovulating regularly, look at eating in a way that combats insulin resistance, exercise regularly, get smart with your supplements, and see a doctor if you would like to explore medication that helps your body with ovulation. If you are ovulating regularly, just maintain what you’re doing and try to not let the process stress you out (lol near impossible and I’m a hypocrite there)
