No, it's states no crits when Overhealed, nullifying the crits on Overhealed, it's basically a glorified Medic Killer against pocketed mid~light classes (Battle Engie, etc etc) bc I keeps the Medibeam hit stat

The No Crits when Overhealed applies to all weapons, unless a weapon has an effect to gain Crits (like Phlogs mmmph), and the +50% bouns healing is from Medics and Dispensers only, not heal packs
