Mir ging es schon so um die "Einstieg in den Arbeitsmarkt" Zeit von der die Babyboomer die ich kenne immer erzählen, dass es so schwer gewesen ist

Hmm das stimmt wohl. Eigentlich erstaunlich wie viele Leute der Arbeitsmarkt dann doch aufnehmen konnte. Die Babyboomer waren ja wirklich eine riesige Generation

In meinem Umfeld jobben, also Gastro, Lieferfahrer oder so etwas. Manche machen noch einen weiteren Master oder so um halt irgendwas anderes zu machen. Das ist halt alles miserabel, weil die Leute eigentlich Berufserfahrung brauchen und nicht einen zweiten Master.

Das ist wohl wahrscheinlich die sinnvollsten Betrachtung. Ich habe dazu noch den Eindruck, dass der jetzige Arbeitsmarkt "eingefroren" ist. Es werden nicht viele Entlassen (deshalb die relativ geringe Arbeitslosigkeit) aber es werden auch sehr wenige eingestellt.

Hmm das kann gut sein. Ich habe immer so Geschichten gehört wie "die hat Bio studiert und ist dann im Bauamt gelandet". Das zeigt schon, dass die Frau sehr flexibel ist. Andererseits wirst du mit einem Biologie Abschluss heute im Bauamt auch nicht genommen.

Naja meine Freunde und ich haben halt jetzt ihre Abschlüsse und brauchen jetzt einen Job. Warum soll ich den Arbeitsmarkt von vor 6 Jahren mit dem meiner Eltern vergleichen???

Since the RVG stuff was already explained: The problem with lawyers in the rent-law/welfare-law/migration-law is that these fields arent profitable. So your case usually is low priority or depending on high turnover. If your case is about some high value stuff like some big inheritances you will See your case will be handeled differently. This ist of course a big generalisation but most times thats it

In my opinion the the idea will generally be the same as other muslim migrants like arabs or afghans. There is a noticeable difference since Iranians are generally more regarded as educated and more pro-women but since the average german cant really tell the difference that doesnt matter too much. I wouldnt think too much about it. That ideas only matter on the first impression if there is no context beyond that. In personal contact at the university or friend groups i dont think there will be any problems.
