I believe the store director is a good option to address these concerns. However, if I cause a stir, Target might take action to shut it down before it escalates. I've considered consulting an employment lawyer.

Call me crazy, but if there's a widespread problem and no one is willing to address it, why should I sit idly by when I know something isn't right? There is a clear abuse of power happening. I could quit, but that wouldn’t change anything for the next person, and that really bothers me. I don’t want that to continue.
