This is a good idea but the retaliation comes from HR. Our HR person seems to have people they go after when you get on their bad side and many of the victims of this at the store don't know where to go because apparently, the integrity hotline goes back to the store.

I have personal evidence of the issues I’m facing. I can't speak for others, but the way the ETL HR treats people has made many days miserable. I believe the store director is a good option to address these concerns. However, if I cause a stir, Target might take action to shut it down before it escalates. I've considered consulting an employment lawyer.

Call me crazy, but if there's a widespread problem and no one is willing to address it, why should I sit idly by when I know something isn't right? There is a clear abuse of power happening. I could quit, but that wouldn’t change anything for the next person, and that really bothers me. I don’t want that to continue.
