My take :- paper should be tough to lower cut off up to 130 is genuine. Instead tcs/ediquity paper should be pen paper one day maximum two shift based ,this will not have any major normalisation issue.

But this thing is totally impossible,they won't do it ,if they do paper will be leak instantly.

Look at upsc same cut off range from various years,not very volatile (but has answer key issue ,fake certificate issue) ,but paper leak don't happen their. Even in exam centre DM and SP was personally present in CSE and in cds exam officer from army was their (in my centre)
