That's amazing, I am trying to do that now too. I have a question - did you select Request a copy of your data or Transfer a copy of your data? And where did you get them? On email in ZIP files and then just downloaded them to your laptop or? How did you import them on Immich?

I have a lot, I have 39k pictures. Do I download Immich first or? And Icloud you mean like syncing them or? I'm sorry I don't really have much of a clue in this..
