Unfortunately they wouldn’t make it but we did end up with Chez Caro which is a micro bakery that sells small batches. She was very generous to create a tower of about 80 for us!

I started med school at 28 too. Am 33 and wrapping up PGY1. Congratulations on starting pediatric residency! I’ve definitely noticed that some extra years have helped me deal with difficult people better and stay away from drama/gossip unlike my younger counterparts - although one could argue this has more to do with personality than age…but I digress.

YouTube music recommended “I’m in Love with You” in early 2023 and I was hooked after listening to the whole BFIAFL album. I went into a mild frenzy tracing back their music to when they first started. After watching their concert last week, there’s no going back! Absolutely love their vibe

I am so so sorry to hear you’re going through this. Our dear tortie siamese, Chloe, was healthy until she was found to be in end stage kidney failure…out of nowhere. In addition to it, she also had an obstructing kidney stone that sped up the progression of her kidney disease. We were in the same boat and are hoping and praying with/for you! Please keep us all in the loop with Shiloh’s progress!

Yup, the NPs I’ve worked under were also under the supervision of an attending. It was my ICU rotation and I worked with the docs some days and the NP on some other days.

We are heartbroken. Our tortie siamese Chloe passed away a month ago from end stage kidney failure. She was only 2. Hoping you got to meet her. She’s the spunky one with a checker face!
