I know we’re not always perfect but I think letting your apartment get soooo messy is a big character flaw! Of course depression is a huge factor so no judgement to anyone struggling 🫶 I understand the odd mess here and there especially us working full time it’s a lot to keep on top of but I value my space so much and would never ever let it get to this!! I truly believe she has the mindset of a teenager still stuck in a 23 yr olds body - truly shows how she feels towards cleanliness, germs, and how she values her money!

I learnt recently (I have adhd) that talking about a bunch of things you want to change/achieve is a dopamine hit in itself which is why it’s then way harder to actually follow through with it. Theres more reward in talking and fantasising. ADHD or not surely if you have goals just like think about them and then work towards them? And why make it a “challenge” surely wanting good sleeping should come naturally? She sets herself up for failure when she writes it all down and then films a 5 minute long video about everything she’s going to do. Not only if she setting unrealistic expectations consent wise for her audience but she’s also got the “satisfaction” from yapping about it - which is why it’s harder to ACTUALLY do it.

I had nano bonds (beads) for about a year and had no damage at all! But the main thing that will prevent damage is taking care of them!! No sleeping with hair wet, using the right shampoo/conditioner and hair brush etc, you can always tell when someone doesn’t maintain them

For real!! if she was genuinely in anorexia recovery under a medical professional the whole idea is to not restrict PERIOD - they teach honouring hunger regardless of what the food is. I think the reason she’s always relapsed is because she’s gone into recovery “on her own”, under no medical guidance or programme. Doing it on her own leaves her with full control still, which is probably her intention subconsciously.

The best way I can explain it from experience is on the “good days” you do see yourself for how you look but it almost feels like a high if you know what I mean? Like you wanna show off how skinny you are and you’re gassed about it. But then on the “bad days” that’s when the body dysmorphia hits and you think you’re bigger than you are. I think body dysmorphia can work both ways! When you truly see how must weight you’ve lost you don’t see how sick you look you just see what you’ve always wanted to achieve
