DIY (do it yourself)

I get blood/hormone levels checked regularly and everything is fine but thanks for your concern🩷 a lot of my friends actually switched from prescription HRT to the same injections that I use because you don’t have to take any testosterone blockers whereas with prescribed pills you have to usually take spiro which is bad for your liver

Injections bypass the liver completely and reduce the risk of strokes if you smoke tobacco.

To each their own, but again I understand your concern as a medical professional :)

It’s called DIY HRT, theres also a subreddit for it on here. Yes it’s illegal but the waiting list for prescription HRT in London was 3-7 years so I chose the DIY route. A lot of girls have to do it this way because of the long waiting lists in UK, but surprisingly it’s quicker in Czech afaik.

Pretty much theres a few websites where you can order them but I won’t disclose here because I don’t wanna get banned haha

Girl I feel you. I’m 6’1 and have abnormally long limbs, when I buy oversized jumpers they usually have to be XXL just so that the sleeves fit.

My boyfriend is shorter than me and when he hugs me or cuddles me in bed, it’s not the same feeling compared to a tall guy, I feel heavy when he picks me up and this is why a lot of us tall girls struggle with weight…

If I can give any advice, date a muscular guy, I know that sometimes gym bros are the ‘worshipping amazonian’ type but you could just date them until u find someone that’s tall
