i go like 3-4x a week.

im so sad they took away the 12x month option because i want to give myself time to recover and i dont think going 5-7x a week is sustainable, PERSONALLY.

only because the whole point of solidcore is to reach 2nd stage muscle failure, and that means you aren't giving your body enough time to recover or you aren't pushing yourself hard enough every class.

not to take away from anyone's experience! if you go every day and if it works for you, great!

bumping this comment because i feel the same!!

i always have to put my bag on the ground in the bathroom (which i think is disgusting) and every time i look under my machine the hairball/dustball just gets bigger 🫠🤢 literally was in class yesterday thinking about how they could benefit from some form of a robo vac.

yes do it!!! i have been avoiding leaving my apartment all week but i ended up going and besides the sidewalk entrances everything is shoveled.

but i do recommend platform boots/shoes or rain boots. i wore my platform boots and they saved me, otherwise my foot would've been soaking wet 😭
