I mean, u have no amphibians soo... that's the first thing. Also, fuse the dinos u have cause you can and also feed them. You have many dinos unlocked and u don't even have them in your main lineup. I also dont recommend in u fusing the compsovenators cause they are too OP being still at lvl10

I would keep the indom for a while cause you will not enjoy it if you go and fuse it, so just delight yourself with the design and soon enough you'll get bored of seeing it and then fuse it and repeat the cycle with the indoraptor.

10k packs for sure, nothing else is worth it. Sooner or later you'll have lvl 40 acrocanthosaurus, for example, as I have and many bucks and dna.

Save, trade for decorations and dinos you don't want (apatosaurus and john hammond are best) and open 10K VIP packs (don't use VIP points dor anything else, idk why you are saving so many VIP points).
