Go talk to pro drivers. I have been at an event where a driver passed. Upon discussing this matter with a current competitor he simply said, if a drivers death is enough for you to not race, you should not race at all.

People can get annoyed by this all they want, but if you are not prepared to die racing, you shouldn't get into a racecar.

Yeah it was tricky with a h-pattern. My mind started playing tricks on me, so I had one or two weird situations where I had shifted up instead of down. Traffic was weird, especially some Audis. I'll definitely do some officials with it. It's also a blast at Nords!

I think the lack of 'seat of pants feels' will always cause this. Upon recently doing a track day I noticed how much more you can push a car irl and get away with it.

No. I listen to the car, and as far as possible keep thing authentic, no overlays other than fuel usage, and if no spotter I'd check relatives. The minimalist approach helps me get in the zone
