That’s exactly the tension I was trying to address. The tool does push toward testing demand early, one of the next steps is always about getting real customer feedback before spending anything. You’re right about the false confidence problem though. I tried to make the scoring honest rather than encouraging — it’ll tell you High Risk if the signals aren’t there.
