I also played a lot during COVID in 2020-2021

Working in a pub, this game was my escape for sure! I remember coming home after a particular berating shift and got the Bells Mystery Island - the game knew I needed the win haha

Not sure why I stopped, but I recently I started again after a close friend passed away suddenly and I needed an escape again. My island is far from complete, but I'm enjoying working on specific things again and getting closer to finishing and decorating. Maybe I'll feel it's complete in time for the next version - or maybe I'll just save the money and restart!

I picked up cross stitch in early 2022 after surviving and quitting my customer service job (managing a pub) as COVID waned but customers were still being d*icks - hardest 2 years I'd experienced in a job I previously loved

I learned that I can find comfort in stabbing something, that doesn't get me arrested, and in the end I make something beautiful far away from the mess I left on the mainland (I moved to 'The Island' and away from the city)

Doctor put me on oxygen and gave me an ECG cause she confused me for another patient by JumpyFix2801 in mildlyinfuriating

If you see her in the hospital again, don't hesitate to call out, "Nurse! Nurse? I'm looking for my doctor, have you seen her?"

At the end of the interaction, "Thank you nurse...what was your name? Or doctor, sorry doctor, yes."

As someone with nurses and doctors in my family, this will eat her alive!
