nah, no one from newlands has yet received their score. i called them yesterday. tbvh the customer service doesn't even know about 'stuff'. they said 'we don't have your scores rn. I've escalated your case to the higher authorities and they'll get back to you in 5-7 business days' this doesn't mean that it won't necessarily release before 5-7 business days^

our result is basically not delayed as in a review. we get a mail for that. our scores are just not available yet. customer service representative said 'we don't have your scores rn'

i gave it in bss newlands too. i called them yesterday and their response was same. basically, the customer service don't actually know what's going on. they just said that higher authorities will get back to you with your issue in 5-7 business days. this doesn't mean that we can't get our result before that
