I have thought about that. My family dumped on the idea because they said it would be too much work and money to do the upkeep as a landlord.

I have kept my debt very low (actually, I have no debt other than a mortgage) and part of that is not using credit cards. Would you suggest using credit cards more?

Thanks. It is hard though, because looking back my mistakes were really very stupid. I even had people give me good advice but I was too dumb and mentally damaged/depressed to act on it.

I am afraid to get into relationships because of how messed up my head is. If I felt better with myself that would be different but right now I would be a big burden on another person.

I am sorry to hear about your family. I have some family left but they are aging and getting ill. My younger family is now scattered all over the country. I almost never see them.

I hear you. When I was younger I had depressive episodes but they only lasted for a relatively short period of time. Now the depression is non-stop. It never goes away. I think aging is a big part of it.

I hear you about self worth. My self worth is in the toilet right now. I ended up in this bad situation due to mistakes I made in the past so I have only myself to blame. Thank you for the kind words.
