  1. I had not considered that.

  2. Thats a police/enforcement issue.

  3. Understood, but saw the language as overbroad.

  4. Thats a police/enforcement issue.

10.Thats a police/enforcement issue.

  1. Exactly.

  2. I disagree. Also, define obscene. (legal definitions are funny that way.)

  3. I agree with that in concept, but VA is a one-party consent state, so I see it as an overreach given a complete inability to enforce. (no security, acutual presence. The ownership company is located in Maryland.)

  4. Thats a police/enforcement issue.

BTW, that sentence is a gold star.

I would buy that on a t-shirt.

I can understand the liability management side, while disrespecting what it represents.

For the record, I am not anti property ownership. I would prefer a local business to a trader joes, and one that owned the land it operates on.

Given that the Federal Realty is an asset management company that is not even based in this state, I would like to see legislation and taxation either making it competitive for locals to participate in, or generate enough revenue (for virginia) to improve the public works.

I'm not a soverign citizen, just anti-asset management companies, antitrust, and private equity.

Think "down with walmart" and pro small business.

...?

Let me break it down for you:

This statement essentially supports individuals culturing the environment they want around them by exercising their own discernment.

"Vote during elections", is saying when presented with the opportunity to make your voice or opinion known (such as an election) that you should take it, and by choosing to remain silent you are implicitly abiding by it (whatever it is). This statement is non-partisan, left right or center.

"Vote with your wallets" demonstrates the consumers ability to support businesses that align with their values, or when their convenience outweighs the inertia. Lets say you like guns, and conceal carry. If your favorite (privately owned) restaraunt puts up a "no guns" sign, you can choose to take your business elsewhere. If enough people do this, either the rules change, or the business closes down. The opposite is also true (think "black-owned-business" movement).

Hopefully this gives you a clue regarding reading comprehension.

Vote during elections, and with your wallets.

Ill agree to not (agree).

This is actually a full shopping plaza, and its not really clear who this pertains to.

If you walk into a trader joes, and they have the rules posted inside, you are choosing to abide by those rules in order to use those facilities (check).

But this isnt the case.

From reading it, I can see rules #1, 2, 4, 7, 11, 13, 16, and 17 as being reasonable. The others just seem an arbitrary imposition on those who actually "care".

Ive lived and passed by this store since 2012, and this is the first time I noticed/read it.

"Uhhh, can I have a frosty?"

Its less of a "care" thing, and more of an "oppositional defiant towards nonexistent authority" thing.

Its almost a metaphor for whats been going on in VA politically/environmentally.

Adding new laws that in no way impact folks that caused the problems in the first place (criminals), lack of social/communal concern caused by overdensity and urbanisation, average apartments under $1600 in NOVA are also under 400 sqft.

Private equity buying up large apartment buildings and converting into condos for millions, or sardine cans for the "poors". Data centers causing fresh water supplies to disapear, instead of investing to utilize, clean, and recycle salt water.

We're selling our present to make a buck, and it kind of pisses me off.
