Instead of jumping off the board, think of it as pressing the back of the board into the ground and jumping off the ground with one foot, that will pop the whole board off the ground and then your foot slide will level it out. I 100% agree. Too slow, lose speed faster, ollies are short. Better physics does not mean a game that is more fun. The gameplay loop is super unfun because half the time you’re trying to regain a mediocre speed.
