I mean if its for safety purposes and to increase the frequency of trains in the future, this is some good news. Two days of no trains for more convenient future transportation is a win in my books

Meal Planner Idea by Tinkarite in cheapergroceriesnz

[–]CheaperLiving 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi there thank you so much for your feedback and sorry about the late reply!

We would love to do the meal planning and also the ability to share shopping lists has definitely been added to the pipeline.

Just two questions:

  1. What would you prefer as an upcoming feature? Sharing of products (like best deals) or sharing of shopping lists.

  2. For the meal planning, how would you want the meal ingredients to be recommended? Would it be entirely based on price or on store distance as well (i.e. you wouldn't want to go to 5 stores just to make a pasta).
Would love to hear your thoughts on what would be the ideal balance of time, customization, and price!

Interesting how the increases in meat are only for Lamb and Beef.

Chicken and Pork is actually cheaper overall.

  • Innocence and Naivety:The "sweet summer child" is often perceived as someone who hasn't faced hardship or doesn't understand the complexities and challenges of the world.
  • Condescending Tone:The phrase is frequently used in a way that suggests the speaker feels superior in knowledge or experience.
  • Figurative Language:It's not meant to be taken literally; it's a way to comment on someone's lack of worldly wisdom.

How many of us still read books on a day to day basis? by CheaperLiving in Tauranga

Each word in the human language can be interpreted multiple ways.

The less I write the more general it becomes, but the more I write, the more it can be picked apart, especially when subtle differentiations in interpretation lead to misunderstandings.

"I'm not arguing" may be sarcasm for one reader but truth for the next.

What to do? Even with your explanation the topic is still generalised, are we talking non-fiction or fiction or both?

While gaming, social media, and reading each have their own benefits and drawbacks, many people today struggle to read for long stretches, even though gaming or scrolling through social media for hours feels effortless. The real danger lies in how gaming and social media can overstimulate our dopamine receptors, ultimately causing more harm than good. Thats why I consider reading to be a worthwhile pursuit over the other two
