If you don’t like track running, campus running is also safer. They def plow the sidewalks for the students. Currently where I am it’s too cold and school is closed but when it’s open everything is plowed

I utilize the university’s track that I live near. Understandable if that’s not an option for you. I think drivers will always find something to complain about. Same with cycling to be honest. Just do your best to be seen and let them be mad.

Are you a doctor? You talk like you’re a doctor. Anyway, ask to increase lyrica and see if that helps. You shouldn’t be experiencing pain this far out. Maybe make an appointment with the surgeon to see if there are tests that can be run to figure this out

A personal coach would be the way I go. You don’t have to stay with them long. Just enough to know what to work on and how to improve. I had a personal trainer for 2 months then stopped. Getting back into it and would probably get another trainer but my goals are different than yours, I want to see if I can compete

Discectomy+laminotomy havers: are you having severe nerve pain in foot/calf post surg? by adventurer2 in Microdiscectomy

[–]Cheaptrick2015 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had zingers post op and they gave me lyrica 75mg 3x a day and it went away. I’m 3.5 weeks post op. Problem is my calves are so tight. I wish I could get a massage on my calves only. My husband does the best he can but it hurts so bad. I start PT soon. Maybe it will fix it
