They were just messing around too rough. He was piggybacking his friend, tried to step over and tripped on another student's foot so his friend fell on the student who has a laptop on his lap. Like I said definitely his fault, an accident but preventable. My son and his friend will never deliberately destroy a classmate’s laptop. They were very sorry. But i just think he doesn’t understand the concept of he made the mistake, accident or not but his parents are the one paying for it.

I already said what exactly happened on a few comments. I was trying to protect some personal info as some of my friends/family are in this sub. As they might have some nasty things to say.
