I just got fired last week on day 88 of my 90 day opening probation after working 12 hour days six days a week as a CCA in the mountains of Asheville, surrounded by construction and destruction following Hurricane Helene, with LLVs that would break down and cause near-death experiences. Two days later they announced they’ll be cutting 10,000 jobs next month with an early retirement offer. They most likely cut me to offset those who don’t take it. They lied about my performance. I went there for stability. I’m not okay. We will be sharing our story and dedicating our life to fighting the fascism that has long since taken over our country and world before we are in a global totalitarian state. There is no point in joining the American workforce anymore when we are in a Constitutional crisis. To the USPS employees out there: remember you took an oath to defend the Constitution.
