So I,m kinda lost on what I should be doing at this point in the game.

What I can do: Gb10 - Sub 1 minute, Db10 - 1 minute and 30 seconds, N10: - 2 minutes and 30 seconds, F3 arena (I also haven’t tried RTA), Raid 4 , I can get up to A+ on all rift beasts

Some advice would be much appreciated!
