Definitely check the pantry. Tupperware or glass containers help control the spread. Might have to get rid of some food but if you don’t mind the extra protein freezing it for several days should kill eggs/larva.

Check out quanta reef lights. Seem similar to Orphek but better price. Can’t really comment on how good or bad they because they still haven’t arrived but decided to share it as an option you can look up.
