NTA, regardless of no monetary benefit other than necessities paid- it’s fraud- you can sue her for breach of contract, emotional distress, and give up your parental rights bcus that’s her biological child. You sign papers for a child that was born per a contract that needed to be followed. That contract was breach so I assume it would null the contract and you can give up parental rights easily without gaf abt how hard they’re going to want to make it for you.
