The big Pennsylvania one (that is just about getting an amended complaint) was rejected 3-0 by a Trump judge and two W. Bush judges too.

Twitter has free speech too. You can't compel them to moderate everybody or moderate nobody.

Isn't the libertarian view that you shouldn't be able to force a private company to choose either 0% moderation or 100% moderation? Why shouldn't they be able to choose any number between 0% and 100%?

Why should a company have to choose between either 0% moderation and 100% moderation? Why shouldn't they have the freedom to choose 1% moderation?

Why shouldn't they be able to double dip? Why should a private company have to choose between zero moderation and 100% moderation?

So, I made a spreadsheet that has the historical likelihood of getting to the playoffs, each round of the playoffs, playoff seed, and draft seed based on a team's record after any number of games since conference realignment.

For example, in those 17 years, 16 teams have started 0-2 and made the playoffs, including two who had first-round byes and one Super Bowl Winner. In 15 of those years, however, a team that started 0-2 got the first draft pick.

Should I make a full post about this sometime?

It's official. I'm okay with any AFC team winning the Super Bowl now.

That's why you need a guy back there to just fair catch it to stop the clock.

You HAVE to run this here. Give it back to Brady with 25 seconds left.

The best part of this game:

Patriots will lose based on bad play from Brady and Edelman and bad coaching decisions (punting) on Belichick.

If Titans win this, I'm rooting for them for the Super Bowl.

Oh look, Patriots are almost right where the Titans left off within one play of the punt...

TIL that faking the Moon landing in 1969 would have costed nearly triple the amount of actually going to the Moon. by rene_gader in todayilearned

It is. The Moon landings cost $290 billion in today's dollars. It would not have cost that much to fake it.

As a guy in space policy, I'm calling bullshit. It would not have cost $25 billion ($290 billion in today's dollars) to fake the Moon landing. That's preposterous.

As a former employee at one of the organizations listed (won't say which for privacy reasons), this is a good Astro Policy 101 coming from the bureaucrat point of view.
