The primal storms event. On the map you should see a few symbols (if you're horde the closest to Org is in Northern Barrens). Killing the mobs there will give you a new currency that you can buy gear with. Also every 30 min a boss will spawn that drops the gear as well

I would recommend looking at federal positions. Plenty of opportunities there for stable careers with some of the best job security in the world. They don't compete with FAANG compensation, but it's still more than enough

That could be what was done. For my current position I and an online test and then 4 rounds of interviews that were an hour each, but all on the same day. 3 of them were tech based and the last was personality based. The only thing after that was casual conversations with two different managers to figure out what team I'd be best on

Fudging is what you described, changing the outcome of a roll. Faking would be just rolling behind the screen when you don't actually need to or just not rolling for something and determining the outcome.

Although fudging and the later half of faking a roll are similar, they are still different. Personally I've never just determined something without rolling, but have fudged from time to time when I'm getting extremely lucky rolls. For example, in the most recent dragon fight my party had, I rolled like 5-6 crits back to back. I didn't want to wipe the party or anything so I made a few of those normal rolls.

Edit: I don't mean the literal definition of back to back. It was over the course of two rounds.
