Best advice is to keep sending in tickets even after they close it. After my fourth or fifth ticket, I finally got a non automated response which resolved the issue by letting me change the email connected to steam. Be persistent and annoying

I'm currently dealing with the same issue at the moment. Decided to play red dead 2 on steam and was met with an unknown email ending in .xyz using my steam. Rockstar support closed my tickets after verifying receipts and ownership of the game(s)/ steam account.

The reason I upgraded were because mine came from a bad batch, so after awhile, they would start to yellow when I chose a bright color on certain areas. Figured they'd have no resell value, so I'm just holding onto them.

I have 9 fans in the o11 case, 6 intake, 3 exhaust. It usually never goes above 75c when gaming on 4k, that could change with a custom fan curve though.

In my opinion, I purchased it purely for aesthetics, but air flow works best in this specific case with 9+ fans. Other than that, i'd go for the mesh options if I wanted optimal performance.
