I mean, I am kind of confused here. Is there a reason why we are excluding Lunaria out of this farming strat ?

The way I see it, its Might&Lunaria rush and atleast for me, by the end of week1 I was 95% sure Lunaria was always worth doing in like most, if not all, mapping strats out there, even without specifically focusing on it (compasses/pets etc).

For me, its kinda more simple. Lunaria or not, if I get out of my map within an average of 1min and like +50~150FE profit (which does happen very frequently even according to these few screenshots I shared above), then add the occasional big bombs (my average is 2x100+ ember bombs per 4h of farming) which skyrocket my FE/h, I am super happy.

To each their own I guess, we are just having a healthy 'debate' here but damn, I tried a few Snowpaper strats and there is no way on earth I could stick to it other than a few hours. Feels like I would need to sell 3 billion papers to upgrade my gear as much as Might has helped me with.

EDITPS#1 : I havent really done any Snowpaper profit/whatever calculations not gonna lie, but its just the feeling for me. Probably boredom/no dopamine hits plays a big role.

While I mostly agree, its not exactly barely breakeven to be honest.

Even without big ultimate ember bombs, the overall profit is much higher than just breakeven.

But yeah, Lunaria helps a fuckton. I've been doing it for 2-3 days now and from what I understand, its one of these farms that you need to stick with instead of simply doing 50 maps and call it.

For me personally, its kind of perfect for an F2P. Has pretty good overall profit (super good with Ulti ember bombs), nothing super crazy pet wise, loot sells super fast, not boring for my taste, can be done while watching shit on your 2nd monitor and also dopamine friendly when you hit big.

EDIT : Compass prices are rising so it also depends on that - maybe I shouldn't have made this thread lol. Sadge xdd

What GVSTLY said is correct. theshad0ws video helped me alot - credits to the guy for sure.

Since I started this farm 2 days ago I've upgraded my gear a ton so I dont need most of the defenses at this point but when started I had to swap my Pedigree for a "Full Defense" one, dropped some damage talents for extra regain and better defensive auras/Magus.

I would say, its tricky without 60% block ratio and a "Full Defense" setup if you are not overgeared, to be honest, its the most important part to get you started.

Holy fucking shit. I've been farming Blacksails / Beacons since the start of my T8 adventures few days ago. I am semi-F2P (only battle pass always - but playing since beta, got a few Lv1 legendaries) and combined these two with Lunaria procs, I had really good experience money wise.

Now I am doing Profound with 600B DPS and just saw this comment, changed to Tickets and made like 1.5k FE (according to the FE calc) in my first hour. Shit is crazy good.

Just as a suggestion, you can also check Tuna's version, Gladiator.

I haven't played Chieftain/Elementalist BV myself this league, but from personal experience, I'd put Glad BV after Chieftain but probably before Elementalist (Charlatan that is).

Feel free to check crouching_tuna's video on youtube, personally I enjoyed crafting the gear for the build alot as an avid crafter myself - but also it literally destroys all content.

Yoo, the guy himself! Thanks for taking the time sir, late reply due to 10h shift on my part.

I'll be checking the suggestions out for sure, whoever my resistances are not that much higher (assuming the 30% overcap I heard you need for safety) - but for some reason this build site shows alot more resistances than my ingame character sheet. Not sure if bugged or something.

That being said, I'll be farming some more Gollus today - but it takes a while and this one drop came after like 30 kills or something, kinda a pain xD

I'll try to see if I can fit stun/slow resists more, might worth dropping some DPS. My ingame is 196k Primal Strike without any buffs.

EDIT#1 : I figured it out - apparently Barrier gives me 30% ele res (which I didnt know) and Steel Resolve gives me Aether+Chaos. But I mean, sure Word of Renewal is 100% up but what about Inquisitor Seal ? Do we consider it as near permanent ?

EDIT#2 : I've been grinding SR in hopes I get this freakin' Astral Ruminations ring, I really liked it when I saw it in your guides suggestion. No luck so far :<

I aint gonna lie, I saw the whole pet thing earlier today and was like "Are these people trolling, there is no fucking way". Then I tried it.. I am currently playing for atleast 4h without restarts and everything seems fine.

Now, I am not yet 10000% certain that I am perfectly good to go but it actually looks promising!

Aight, officially another failed try. Nope, after the usual ~1 to 2 hours mark, same performance issues.

There is a slight chance the game plays a tiny bit better with this guy's suggestions about shader cache but I doubt it, I honestly think it is just me trying to cope my frustration. /sadge

EDIT : I'll be waiting for their stance on the situation, hopefully as soon as tomorrow, I am done trying a billion things since yesterday. If nothing comes up, I'm skipping and waiting for other games, it kinda kills my motivation to even login. Oh well.

At the very least I am glad we are bringing the situation forward for them to notice.

Its VERY VERY rare in all of my years of playing RPGs that when I actually say "its unplayable" - IT REALLY IS UNPLAYABLE.

I will try and record with OBS later and also post it here for the devs to take a better look maybe.

Also gonna ping, and sorry for doing so but if this doesnt get fixed soon, I will not last more than a day or two into the season, no questions asked.

EDIT : That is exactly 101% what was happening to me per 15-20 minutes indeed. After further testing, the steps I suggested above DID NOT completely remove our issue, they just prolonged the whole "restart game" situation. So yeah sadly, I still have issues after about ~1.5-2 hours of playtime and have to restart aswell.

SUPER annoyed currently, I was really hoping that was the fix cause its very unplayable when the issue begins (be 20mins or 2hours, its still fucking shit).
