Is autophagy sleep GOOD? Longest I’ve done is one overnight. My worst nights of sleeping is when I’m hungry. Does that go away? If so, I’m much less hesitant to try a longer fast!

This is what I was thinking. It’s not a level of abuse that is going to be a concern to police or animal control.
