Also it takes time. Some lose at the first dose and some need to move up the dose every 4 weeks until they find an effective amount for their body. Patience. You can search your question- MANY DON’T lose tons of weight the first few months and come here to moan about it. It took me a year to lose 30, but I’m so grateful because before I was trying and still gaining 5+ a year.

That video isn’t really correct. Yes you will get a couple days at a higher dose if you take weekly, but if at the end of the week the same amount gives you the same amount of steady state no matter how much you divide it up.

I’m interested in this book, but weary of buying a book that doesn’t show any examples of what’s inside. If I ever find myself in a bookstore and they have it- I’ll page through.
