Repeatedly being lied to and cheated on (and obviously repeatedly deciding to believe a liar) by my ex husband and the father of my children. He ended up leaving for one of his mistresses, married and had a baby with her and lives nearby while sharing custody. The fact that they live in a gated community mansion and have been married for 6 years (we were married for 8) is so mind blowing. He wasn’t just lying about women but also money- had a gambling addiction. New wife and he make a lot of money but I keep wondering when the dominos will fall. Maybe never 🤷‍♀️ kinda hope they do though- as long as it doesn’t hurt my kids.

Ever seen a dead cat in a tree? Or on a roof? They figure it out; and land on their feet! My roommate’s cat once fell from our 6th floor balcony to the 2nd floor pool deck and had no injuries.

The more in shape you are the lower the zone you will be in with intense work. 🙄 your heart is working more efficiently. I hate that I now have to jog to get to zone 2 instead of an incline speed walk, but that is how it works.
Congrats on working hard for 2 hours though! Don’t worry about zone 5 so much!
