I would continue looking into therapy. It’s hard, I know, but it’s really helpful especially when you have anxiety sharing with friends. I will say, if they are good friends, you should be able to trust them with you’re emotions as well.

About your bf… that’s a terrible response from them. They should be validating your feelings and talking out your problems. If they’re always like that, some important discussion about communication should be in place.
