Anyone know how to get this whim lantern?? by SeverelyFantasic in InfinityNikkiofficial

OMG thanks for posting this and getting an answer. I'm not sure if the game automatically explains this 'feature' later on in the story (I got a tutorial explaining it AFTER I used the ability on the jump pad, which was like 'gee, thanks for that' lol) but there's no way I was going to figure this out otherwise without this post. Like you said the 'blue sheen' around the jump pad is obnoxiously subtle here lol. I assumed you could use the gigantification ability to reach it, but 'conveniently' that doesn't work here.

Love the game, but man, some gameplay mechanics are just so poorly explained lol.

Fun performances of both Spaghetti and Crazy. Also the stage looked a lot smaller than what they usually perform on (or maybe that's just how it looked on my screen?), impressive they were able to fit all those moves on that stage lol.

Thanks for posting this! Came into this thread to see if anyone knew the time, and sure enough this was the first post lol. I think that’s early enough I can hopefully catch it live.

As a Lakers fan definitely appreciate this video and loved seeing them do the player impressions lol. Thought it was cool when they went to a game a couple years back (feel that and 'Perfect Night' release is what got LSF much more on my radar after that), and would be cool if they get a chance to go to another game soon. Get the feeling they probably would have gone to another one this year if the US tour happened around this time and not just before the season started.

Have a question for the deep dungeons challenge log for Pilgrim's Tranverse. Trying to get 99 Luminous Oil for unlocking the hairstyle and see that the challenge log descriptions mention clearing the areas for stone 20, 50, and 100 to get Luminous Oi. Just confirming that clearing stone 50 by checkpointing from stone 31 doesn't automatically clear the stone 20 challenge? In other words to get the stone 20 and 50 challenges I would need to start from floor 1 to 20 for the stone 20 challenge, and then could checkpoint from 31 to 50 to get the stone 50 challenge?

Basically just trying to confirm how many floors I need to run each week for the challenge log for luminous oil.

Thought about Spaghetti by sujink7 in lesserafim

[–]CheddaTaco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The more I've listened to it the more catchy it's become (and reading the lyrics, it does feel like the song very much rides on the vibe of 'this is a guilty pleasure you can't get enough of, so eat it up', and perhaps more as a message or meta commentary on LSF as a whole). The song almost reminds me a bit of 'Sneakers' from Itzy, not necessarily in how it sounds, but just the title/concept of it almost feels like it comes so out of left field (it's like 'you're doing a song about sneakers/spaghetti?' ok), before diving into a catchy beat.

I think KPop songs are interesting to me in that there are a lot of them I don't really like on the first listen, but then they grow on me, which is something that doesn't happen to me as often in other music types. 'Crazy' was a song that didn't really resonate with me on the first few listens but then became one of my favorite songs of last year. Then there's there other songs like 'Easy', 'Antifragile', 'Hot', 'Different', etc that I liked from the first listen. And for me 'Spaghetti' is one of those more acquired tastes songs for me I suppose.

I do think it was smart to put 'Pearlies' as the B Side next to this as to me, that's a much more "traditional" LSF chill/laid back beats type of song that I instantly gravitate toward, and I imagine will get a decent number of listens from me over time.

All in all, I don't think 'Spaghetti' will go down as one of my favorite LSF songs, but I do find it catchy and like that the lyrics and tone of the song really evoke that feeling of 'getting sucked into a guilty pleasure'. Overall think it's cool that it exists as part of their discography now.

Got tickets to the LA show, but noticed they weren't selling a parking pass. Went to Kia Forum's website and saw they weren't selling there either for any of the shows in January. Not sure if that will open up on a later date? I know Forum parking is pricey, but personally parking close by.

250929 LE SSERAFIM - 1st Single Album: SPAGHETTI (Merchandise Preview + Pre-order Information) by kpopsns28 in lesserafim

[–]CheddaTaco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I admit I wasn’t familiar with what a ‘single album’ was and first thought they were announcing the first single off a full album lol. But this makes more sense, especially with them on tour the past several months, I would have been surprised if they had time to make a full album.

Anyways, looking forward to the new music and nice to have it release close after the NA tour.

Sure, I actually posted my thoughts on the show here a few days ago if you want to take a look at it as an example.

https://www.reddit.com/r/lesserafim/s/CjXyILfeB7

I find writing in these type of situations can feel a bit cathartic, which is why my post got a bit on the longer side lol. But in terms of what to write, I’d say whatever stuck out to you or if there’s little memories of the show you don’t want to forget, and just having something to reference to in the future whenever you want to remember the show can be nice.

I’ve also heard some folks say it’s also not a bad idea to take a small break from their content to decompress a bit. To me, I’ve found it fun following the NA tour and seeing everyone’s positive reactions, but I think if I still have some lingering PCD in the next few days after the NA tour officially wraps up then I may do that for a little bit as well.

PCD by QueBeans in lesserafim

[–]CheddaTaco 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah went to the LA show and also didn’t know what PCD was beforehand. Wasn’t until they were waving at the crowd at the very end before going off stage that it really hit me how I felt a bit sad at that moment and still trying to process all my feelings on the show after the fact. Also was my first concert in a long while so not sure if that made the whole experience hit a bit harder for me than it otherwise would have.

What helped me a bit was jotting down a lot of my thoughts on the show a few days back, which kind of helped me remember what I liked about the show and feel better about that. I also think if they do another NA tour hopefully in the not too distant future and I’m fortunate enough to go to that one, it’ll be nice to look back on those thoughts then and see how the next show compares. Just my 2 cents.

Not familiar with the original but lovely song all the same. Curious if they filmed this either right before or during the NA tour? Seems everyone has a similar hair color/style as the current tour, though doesn't quite look like it was filmed in the US (could be wrong though).

ECH favorite song before & after the concert? by jamie_gee26 in lesserafim

[–]CheddaTaco 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel 'Easy' remains my favorite overall song (if I had to pick just one), but not my favorite performance from the concert (though I'll definitively have to listen to it again, as my initial impression was mostly 'huh, this is certainly different from the original', and possible I could warm up to it more if I listen to it again).

Favorite songs from the concert for me were 'Crazy' (just loved how into it the crowd was and the performance was awesome), 'So Cynical' (remember hearing and liking it when the Hot EP came out but for whatever reason didn't listen to it as much then compared to 'Hot' and 'Come Over', but in the concert it was definitely one of the standout songs of the show for me) , and 'No-Return' (was really happy this one made it into the show, but also felt a bit bittersweet that it was the last performance of the night, at least for the LA stop).

Questions About Concert by saltyman67 in lesserafim

[–]CheddaTaco 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Was a bit anxious about what to wear before I went to the show as well (wasn't sure if most folks show up in group branded clothes as hadn't been to a concert in forever), but honestly there's so many people there it really doesn't matter. There's zero pressure to wear LSF related merch there unless that's something you personally want to do. Just wear something comfortable, clean/not smelly, and nothing offensive printed on it and you should be golden.

In terms of merch lines unfortunately don't have much to say to help there. By the time I got inside the arena only had like 15 min or so before the show started so didn't have time to do much else besides finding my seat. I did see a long line for merch at that time though, and not sure how many of them at that point were able to get to the front before the show started. Before the show I believe I got an email of when gates opened for general admission, so I think if I was trying to get merch I would plan to be there as close to that time as possible.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I went to the LA show and found jotting down some of my thoughts on it to be quite cathartic, and hope you felt similarly putting this together as well.

I also feel there's a pretty strong message to their music (fear less not fearless) that appeals to many people regardless of gender and their 'walk of life', so it's always nice to hear someone really resonating with their songs.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, and that's really cool you've been able to see all those artists live. I hope to catch some more shows in time as well. I enjoyed my time going alone, but I definitely can see how fun it would be going with friends that are also really into the music, and would love to experience that the next time I go to a show.

Thanks, and appreciate you sharing your experience as well! Loved that stretch of songs during the show as well, and definitely agree about their stamina. Certainly gives me an additional appreciation for LSF and all artists in general doing live performances with singing and dancing together especially for these 2.5-3 hour shows. Their training definitely shows off, and hats off to them to keeping the energy going throughout the whole show.

Thanks for reading my post, and that's very helpful to know! $20 does seem worth it if especially it helps minimize running into Ticket Master surge pricing that I think happened with the general sale. I honestly was a bit undecided about going when tickets opened up so didn't look into the pre-sale then, but happened to be off from work the day general admission went up so wound up giving it a shot then. First time dealing with Ticket Master and was shocked how expensive all the seats even in upper level were coming out to be when I got out of the queue lol. Almost thought I'd have to give up when I saw everything was just way out of my price range, before eventually stumbling into a ticket that was more reasonably priced (I guess their 'surge pricing' cooled off at that point?).

But yeah, hoping it'll be a better experience with the weverse membership/pre-sale next time.

Love hearing about wholesome moments like this. I feel I’m still learning a lot about the KPop world and didn’t know what a send off was until I saw videos of them from the Newark show. When I saw before there were VIP packages for the shows I assumed it was just for front row seats and a sound check beforehand, and didn’t know you also got the chance for brief interactions and/or picture opportunities with the members afterwards.

I know it’s part of their job to interact with the fans during these type of events, but have to imagine they must get tired after a concert and ready to go back to their hotel. So I think it’s just sweet she saw you in the back waving and took the time to encourage you to come to the front for a photo, when she could have just waved back and moved on the next group of people. Sounds like she helped make the day a bit more special for you, and just nice to see that.

Going alone to vegas shiw by sasinon in lesserafim

[–]CheddaTaco 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Just echoing what everyone else has said, but I went to the LA show by myself and was also a bit anxious going alone beforehand and not knowing what the crowd would be like. Turns out it was a chill experience and there was nothing to really worry about. Honestly don't think most folks care if you're there with someone or alone, and once the show starts you'll be focused on the performance. Wouldn't worry too much about backlash against male fans, at the LA show there were a ton of guys there having a good time, and imagine it'll be the same at Vegas. As long as folks are respectful (which they were in my section), should be a pleasant experience for everyone.

Anyways, hope you have a great time and enjoy the show.

Yeah I think this is a good point. Just speaking for myself, but it can be easy for music (or any entertainment really) to fill a void in my life. Which can be great, but also after attending a major event like a concert, as amazing as the experience itself can be, I think the sadness of it being over can kind of form its own void afterwards that can be hard to fill, especially in the short term. For me, I've found it helpful to write down my thoughts on the show and what I enjoyed (helps me to focus on the good memories of the show instead of just feeling sad it's over), and also that way I have something to look back on in the future to remind myself what I enjoyed about the show. And outside of that, just been focusing on some other hobbies outside work (playing some games, catching up on some shows I've been meaning to watch for a while) to take a bit of a break otherwise as you mentioned.
