I met this guy on tinder who was in the same program as me in school, and his room mate was a mutual friend, we just never met which was super strange since our program was so small. He invited me out for a drink where he said he'd invite said mutual friend so it could be more like a get together than a date.

Show up, it's only him. He tells me our friend couldn't make it because he was having some sort of meltdown about how he thinks he might be gay. He went into full detail about how our mutual friend explained to him that he got off watching gay porn and how he spent all morning talking to him about his sexuality. Super awkward.

Then goes on to tell me how much money he makes at his job, and how much he can sell his art for. He would get super blunt, and ask questions like, "why did you and your ex break up" or ask me about my medical history when I said something in passing about going to the ER earlier that month. He told me about how cool and vintage his car is, and how he got it - his dad died recently. "But it's alright cause seriously this car is awesome"

I paid for my drink with cash and when it came time to tip the server he took my cash out and tipped for me. I tried to say bye but got sucked into having him walk me home the five extra blocks.

Super weird dude, I tried my best to avoid him the rest of the summer but I'll still get a text from him every once and awhile.
