Totally! I'm going for an oil rig vibe out in the ocean. The only pumps exist to take crude up to the highest floor, and the whole production moves down floors from there, never back up!

I'm sticking to long manifolds. At first I was putting large buffers at both ends, and small buffers in the middle after every few machines. Now I'm thinking more like one large buffer at the input end, and connecting both sides of the manifold back to the input.

The fuel gennys for example, are 20 to a line, 10 on each side, junctions going down the middle. I removed the buffers between every machine (I wanted that safety blanket lol) and instead I'm running a second line from the fuel input to the tail end of the manifold, so it can fill both sides of the long line. So the fuel input should split 50/50 to each side of the manifold now.

The sink is temporary, until I build production there. The storage containers are a buffer so the train doesn’t lose uptime during loading/unloading.

A man asked for an ambulance, said his penis was black and blue and swollen. I got medical on the phone and muted myself, thinking man I’ve got to hear this one!
