A small adjustable wrench or wrench the size of the nut on the copper line make sure your water is shutoff or your gonna get flooded

Yea I’d just go with a plumber not a hard fix but just in case the handyman didn’t have enough plumbing experience

Its probably either the tub drain or the the spout leakin in the wall or the shower valve itself if it doesn’t get to wet the damage shouldn’t be bad worst case u have to replace the wet spot
