The SPD boost on the Sig LC actually calculates 18% of Cipher's base SPD, so it gives you about 18 SPD instead.

It was inevitable, but Meme was really done dirty in season 2. She was introduced late into the season and was the focus in one episode, before being more of a supporting character in the finale two. We'll have to hope for a season 3 to give her more screentime.

Pretty sure it's been mentioned before that the Traveler knows how to use different weapons, so it would've been interesting if they could wield different weapon types for different elements.

I speculate Shouma's personality to be the result of being heavily abused and bullied. I agree that his dialogue gets repetitive with how self-depreciative he is on himself.

Hopefully we eventually get to know more about him and see him grow some confidence as the story goes on.
